Roman crowns

We're still doing our study of Rome....yes, we're still doing schoolwork although it's summer!

Today we read about how the Romans officials wore crowns decorated with gold leaves.

Here's ours that we made:

I still can't take a decent group shot!

Miriam didn't want to collect the leaves and flowers to make one...

Luke collected the stuff for Levi

Levi didn't want to wear his anymore so Miriam got a chance to wear it

But now you see he wants it back!
