Family VBS–Day 1

I’m finally getting around to posting about our VBS which was June 20-23.  This year we did something really different.  We had it at night and we participated with our children.  The parents with with their elementary age kids to class, but the preschoolers still went to a typical Sunday school type class.  Every night started out with a free family meal and then we went to our classes for 1.5 hours.

We would a short lesson and then we would break for a time of questions with our children. Based on the questions, we would make scrapbook pages. We did this a couple of times each night.

Afterwards, we would go to the gym to play games and eat snacks.
