New NIece/Cousin

Yay!  We have a new niece and cousin.  Yesterday, Grace Leigh was born

weighing 6 lbs, 2 oz and 18.5" long (in the words of her Daddy - 10.5" shorter than Bear's tail, her new best friend). She arrived 3 1/2 weeks early but is doing marvelous along with her Mommy (Aunt Lauren) & Daddy (Uncle Lee).

 

My kids only have 1 other cousin, Carolyn.  She is the daughter of my husband’s late sister, Ann.  So now Paw has more granddaughters (Carolyn, Miriam, Micah, & Grace) than grandsons (Luke, Cameron & Levi).  It just seems so funny that the girls now outnumber the boys because we’re so used to being around the Shelbys.
