TRINITY VBS
Luke, Cameron, and Miriam attended VBS at Trinity Baptist on Friday night and Saturday while I helped Amy out with the kitchen responsibilities.
VBS Day 4
Thursday we made fish handprints and cardboard horseshoes covered with foil that the kids decorated with VBS stickers.
VBS Day 3
Wednesday we made leaf imprints and handprint trees because we learned about Zacchaeus.
Wednesday night was family night where the kids performed the songs that they learned at VBS.
Luke & Cameron with John Yates who lead worship during the week.
Can you tell who loves a theme? LOL!

VBS Day 2
Today we made paper plate horses and horses from footprints. You can tell my pregnancy fatigue is kicking in, because I haven't taken as many pictures as I normally would.

Swimming at Paw's house
This past weekend we went to Paw's (Craig's dad) house in Monroe for the Memorial Day weekend. The kids love to visit there...especially in the summer when they can swim in his pool. We drove up on Saturday morning and after naps on Saturday afternoon, they went swimming.
Sunday afternoon, we had lots of family members over for a Memorial Day dinner and all of the kids went swimming afterwards. They always enjoy swimming with Aunt Lauren & Uncle Lee. As you can see in the pictures, Levi had a fun time with Uncle Lee for sure! Plus I like it when they can work with Aunt Lauren on swimming...she used to teach swimming lessons. Luke is no longer hesitant about the slide and Cameron got brave enough to try it this year and loved it. Once he did that, he also started jumping off the diving board!

2 Tickets to Hollywood
Last Friday night, Luke & Cameron had their performance of 2 Tickets to Hollywood, the musical that they learned at the Art is In Camp.
Wordless Wednesday…or not so wordless!
It's amazing the differences in brothers. Craig's bed is the one that's made with his shirts neatly laid across and his other shirts were hung up. His brother Chris' bed is the one where the sheets are all messed up and his clothes, shoes, and newspapers are thrown all over the floor. Chris said I should take a picture of it. I think this is a glimpse into the future for Luke & Cameron as well. Luke is already a miniature Craig and Cameron is pretty much indifferent already...plus Cameron & Uncle Chris share the same birthday!
Happy 9th Anniversary!
Our 1st anniversary trip to Hot Springs, AR
Picture that I took last week for the Scavenger Hunt
We haven't gotten older, just more mature!
And after 9 years, we've been given these 5 blessings...soon to be 6!

Art is In Camp
Last week, Luke & Cameron attended the Art is In Camp at Florida Boulevard Baptist Church. This is the same camp that Luke attended last year at Parkview. However, they learned a new musical.
On Monday, they get their music and listening cd. They also audition for drama parts and solos. Luke was chosen to be Basil Fillamore (an actor) and to sing a solo in the song "Choices." Cameron was chosen to be a matador in the "Choices" dance.
On Tuesday, the practice their parts. You can see Cameron learning his matador dance.
On Wednesday, they practice their lines, solos, staging, and dances.
On Thursday, they practice the whole musical on the stage and singing in the microphones.
Friday is the day they take camp pictures in their camp shirts. They also went over the musical twice.
*The quality of these pictures aren't so great, because they were taken by the camp staff and we just purchased the cd of them.
