LSU Gymnastics

Last Friday, we went to the LSU gymnastics meet vs. Florida.  The Advocate had vouchers for free tickets to some of the ladies’ events.  First, we ate dinner at one of my favorite lunch restaurants when I worked at LSU, Izzo’s.  Then we headed to the PMAC for the meet.  Craig dropped us off by the tiger cage because it was drizzling.  We walked up the ramp and asked where we needed to go to redeem our vouchers.  While we were standing in line to get our tickets, we saw our homeschool friend Allison and her family.  After giving hugs, she asked where Micah was.  We had lost her somewhere between going up the ramp and getting our tickets.  The adults separated and looked for her and I called Craig.  He ended up talking to someone who worked there and called the police on the radio.  The policeman had her at the scorer’s table.  She told them her dad’s name was “Uncle Craig" and was excited because they had given her a diet coke.

The Tigers won the meet! Afterwards, we headed over to Yogurtland for dessert.
