Baton Rouge Zoo Playday

Back on March 14th, we went to the Baton Rouge zoo with our neighbors and another homeschool family.

It's always fun to stop the world. Luke showing Micah where we live and Miriam the live tiger.

We got to see the elephant show and learned that an elephant tooth can weigh up to 12 pounds. The older elephant in the back on the picture died a couple of weeks after this was taken. Micah wanted me to take her picture in front of the flamingos, but I didn't get very many flamingos in the picture ;) photo 4x6-0313277_zpsb6bdcda4.jpg photo 4x6-0313280_zpsfe76e368.jpg photo 4x6-0313281_zps327234b8.jpg photo 4x6-0313284_zpsbceb587c.jpg photo 4x6-0313286_zpsefb9b2ae.jpg photo 4x6-0313291_zps2d375058.jpg photo 4x6-0313293_zps88d83753.jpg photo 4x6-0313318_zps592b57c9.jpg
