Luke getting ready to pet the snake

petting a corn snake

Luke was the only one of the Lindsays who wanted to pet the snake
Here are some of the animals that they have on display at the Nature Center

Micah's even into the jewerly now!

Lunch time!

Working on the puzzle together

Lunch time for this boa, too!

Some of the boys looking for snakes

These 2 snakes were up on one of the boardwalks
because the water was so high from all the rainfall that we've had.

I thought this stump looked like a heart, but Tracy said it looked like a ram's horn

Amy & Tracy will post more pictures of our fieldtrip soon.

Yep, you bet me as well on pictures but I'm fixing to work on the post. We had a good time and look forward to next month's field trip.

Cameron kept telling PawPaw that he didn't like the snakes...that they kept sticking their tongues out. But, he did tell PawPaw that the snakes smell with their tongues...so he was paying attention and he did learn that the king snake is a good snake...but he still didn't like it.
