Mini Pizzas

Greeks were the first to eat pizza, using it as a bread plate to pile food on top of.

Recipe taken from this book



Ingredients:

  • 1 English muffin, split open
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 slices of salami
  • anything else you like on your pizza

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Use a pastry brush to spread a thin coat of olive oil on the open side of each muffin half.
  3. Sprinkle on the toppings: cheeses, salami, and olives.
  4. Place the pizzas on the baking sheet and bake them until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
