For New Year's dinner, my cousin made us homemade pasta.
The sauce was already made when we got there from Atlanta.
The ingredients for the pasta
make a whole in the pile of flour and add an egg
add crisco
mixing it up
forming the dough
use those muscles, Rob
the machine to make the cavatells
cutting the dough into strips to feed into the machine
TVBoy got to go first since he was the oldest

Wow! I didn't know your cousin could do that. It looked really good. Maybe you should make homemade pasta...;)
It's a tradition on his mom's side...and I don't have the machine to cut the pasta :)
